Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Ponce Health Sciences University is a dynamic, three-year, in-person program designed to prepare students for a rewarding and impactful career in nursing. With direct admission from high school, no prerequisite coursework required, and one of the most affordable tuition rates, the program offers an accessible and accelerated path into the profession.
Located on the same campus as PHSU’s medical school, BSN students benefit from a uniquely collaborative environment, learning alongside future physicians and gaining exposure to interprofessional training. The curriculum is grounded in evidence-based practice, clinical judgment, and holistic care, and supported by strong academic resources, mentoring, and hands-on clinical partnerships with major healthcare systems.
With a commitment to expanding access to nursing education for underrepresented and underserved students, the PHSU BSN program not only prepares graduates for licensure but also empowers them to become skilled, compassionate leaders ready to meet today’s healthcare challenges.
