Submit News

We have developed this guide of questions that will allow us to identify opportunities in the media for press release submissions, social media posts, and other tactics that have news value. Our department will evaluate the information you provide and determine the course to follow. It is important to note that the sending of press releases to the media does not constitute a guarantee of publications, nor specific days, times or spaces and that, on occasion, the media may request more information or interviews about the press release sent to them, so it is important to know that sending a press release to the media, It includes that the spokesperson mentioned in the statement will be available to attend to any request for information from the media and that this could include face-to-face interviews in the media in any part of the island, including the metropolitan area. Similarly, it is important to note that except for quotes, the media may edit the press release or include other sources in the publication of the statement. The only thing that guarantees that a media outlet publishes unpublished information, in a particular space (page, front page, back cover, size) or day, is the purchase of that space. Accompanying this statement with photos or images increases the possibility of publication.

Note: We recommend sending information within a reasonable amount of time, as we maintain a schedule for sending press releases. Knowing the information in advance of the date you want to make it public will allow us to know in what order we can give the media an outlet to the information that is being received. Once our department drafts the statement, it will have the approval of the person who requested it before sending it to any media.
