Counselor / Therapist
Arriell Pinkston

Arriell is an enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health Clinician who embraces a holistic perspective of the therapeutic process. With over 25 years of experience in the social service and helping field, I have learned the beauty and importance of nurturing the whole person. By incorporating Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Philosophy, and Trauma Informed Care, my goal is to help individuals explore their concerns in a non-judgmental and safe space.

The decision to enter counseling can be difficult due to stigma, cultural concerns, financial worries, embarrassment, or simply not making the time. If given the chance together we can help you reconnect to current strengths while establishing additional resources that promote progress toward the desired change you seek.

Whether you have made the decision to enter counseling or are still on the fence, stop by and let us talk.
